PAA Board Members

The PAA Board is comprised of five Elected Directors (incl. the President) plus up to two appointed Independent Directors and an appointed Treasurer and Executive Officer. The PAA Council, comprised of representatives from the State Associations, annually elects the five elected directors at the AGM. The PAA Board has the responsibility and authority to manage the daily functions of the PAA.
