Polocrosse Australia is excited to announce an opportunity for a passionate and skilled individual to join our team as Sport Development Coordinator. This part-time, remote-based role will drive participation growth, strengthen club and volunteer capability, and support the delivery of national programs and events.
We are seeking candidates with proven experience in sports development, participation growth, or community sport, and a strong understanding of the sport and not-for-profit landscape — particularly working with clubs and volunteers. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong administration capability, and the ability to work independently as part of a national team.
Working closely with the National Executive Officer and key stakeholders, the successful candidate will develop strategies to engage players, coaches, officials, and volunteers across the country. There is flexibility for interstate travel and occasional weekend or evening work to support events and programs.
