This page contains a range of governance documents that underpins the administration of the sport of polocrosse in Australia.

Polocrosse Australia Constitution

The Polocrosse Australia Constitution provides a basic set of rules for the day to day running of organisation. State and Territory members’ constitutions should align with this document.

Insurance and risk management

Polocrosse Australia invests each year in insurance to covers its playing members in the case of accidental injury while participating in the sport. The current insurance policy can be downloaded by clicking the button below.

Making a claim

The process below summarises the actions to take when making a claim:

  • Following an accident, claimant contacts their State Polocrosse Association and provides as many details as possible about the incident.
  • State Association will seek the completed Polocrosse incident report and notify National Executive Officer (NEO).
  • State Association will send a claim form to the claimant directly copying National Executive Officer (NEO).
  • Claimant completes claim form, including employer, medical practitioner and local/state association sign-off sections, where relevant.
  • Claimant sends completed claim form to the State Association and National Executive Officer (NEO), attaching all relevant payslips, receipts and medical certificates.
  • NEO reviews claim form and documents and chases any missing information or sends to Corporate Services Network (CSN)
