Australian Polocrosse National Championships
The Australian Polocrosse National Championships is Australia’s premier polocrosse event, held every two years. This spectacular event showcases the best junior, intermediate, senior and masters players and their horses from each state and territory across Australia.
In 2027 the Australian Polocrosse National Championships will be held at Fred’s Pass in the Northern Territory. For all the latest updates check out the Australian Polocrosse National Championships website.

Each state is responsible for the selection of its teams for the Australian Polocrosse National Championships. Players should contact their relevant state association for information on the selection process and review the eligibility for National and Intrastate Competitions before nominating.
Horse drug testing policy — a commitment to welfare and integrity
Polocrosse Australia is committed to horse welfare and to maintaining a fair and level playing field for all athletes. In line with these commitments, we are pleased to announce the updated horse drug testing policy, version 2.3 effective from February 2026. This policy aligns with the ‘clean sport for horses’ guidelines endorsed by Equestrian Australia and follows the FEI equine prohibited substances list.
Logbook maintenance
Owners and/or responsible persons must maintain a logbook for any horse administered controlled substances within 14 days prior to and during a competition. This logbook must be provided if an issue arises or during sample collection.
