PA welcomes Alannah Panza as Sport Development Coordinator

Polocrosse Australia is pleased to announce the appointment of Alannah Panza as our new Sport Development Coordinator.

Alannah brings a strong background in sports administration, event delivery, and community engagement, developed through roles at Luther College, the Australian Sports Commission, and Ivanhoe Grammar. Her experience spans coordinating large-scale school sporting events, developing participation initiatives, and supporting governance and workforce programs across the sector.

A Deakin University graduate with a Bachelor of Business (Organisational Psychology) and Bachelor of Arts (Criminology), Alannah has a deep understanding of the people and cultural factors that underpin inclusive sporting environments. During her internship with the Australian Sports Commission’s Governance and Organisational Enhancement team, she contributed to strategic projects focused on good governance, gender equity, and leadership development—key priorities that align closely with Polocrosse Australia’s Play Well Plan.

Beyond her professional achievements, Alannah is an accomplished athlete, coach, and club captain at Park Orchards Football Netball Club, where she has led initiatives to grow women’s football participation and strengthen team culture.

In her role with Polocrosse Australia, Alannah will support the delivery of participation, development, and workforce initiatives across the country, working closely with our States, Zones, Clubs, and community partners to grow the game and enhance the experience for all participants.

Alannah works with Polocrosse Australia on Tuesdays and Thursdays each week, and can be contacted via email at development@polocrosse.org.au

Please join us in welcoming Alannah to the Polocrosse Australia team — we’re delighted to have her on board as we continue to Create, Connect, Unite, and Grow through the Play Well Plan.
